Welcome to the Spiffer website (the "Site"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the Site and our services, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

2. Services Provided

  • Spiffer offers professional trash bin cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our Site or by contacting our customer service team.

  • Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $20.

4. Cancellations

  • Monthly & Quarterly subscription customers must complete 4 visits. If customers were given any discounts at time of sign up, and need to cancel before completing 4 visits, the discount will be charged at time of cancel.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for services are displayed on the Site and are subject to change.

  • Payment is due 5 days prior to the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that their trash bins are out on the curb in front of the home.

  • Customers must ensure that their trash bins are free from trash and debris.

  • Spiffer is not responsible for any damage to bins that are not in proper working condition prior to our service.

7. Liability Limitation

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiffer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Spiffer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Utah County, Utah, United States.
